Teens are facing unprecedented challenges in today's world. Someone who can listen non-judgmentally, help them discover their values, strengths and goals can be transformative.
We recognize that everyone (whether they believe it or not) is doing their best. We also know that our clients want to change and do better. Our evidence-based techniques honor both of these beliefs simultaneously.
Our premise for family therapy is that we all exist within systems - there is no objective reality. A family therapist can help family members observe and understand the way their behaviours affect those around them and help change unhealthy patterns of relating.
Bridge to Better is conveniently located across from the Jane subway station in Bloor West Village.

Tracy listens without judgment and honours each client’s experiences, strengths and goals. She integrates evidence-based practices because everyone is different. Your life may be affected by any combination of your beliefs, needs, emotions, and relationships. Therefore, her practice includes elements of narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and family systems theory with generous doses of compassion.
